Tasting Notes

Deep ruby-red, dense and nearly opaque, leaving a characteristic dark blue hue on the rim of the glass. Layers of ripe blackberry, wild berries, plum, cocoa, and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by a framework of vanilla and pepper from barrel ageing. High extract, robust body, and balanced acidity paired with velvety, mature tannins derived from extended ageing in a mix of Croatian, French, and American oak.
