The vines grow on \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003ered sandy, calcareous and clay-rich soils\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, and the grapes are harvested entirely by hand in late September.
