Castell Weissburgunder Kirchberg 2023 is a refined German white wine made from 100% Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) from the prestigious Kirchberg VDP. Erste Lage in Castell, Franconia. It features an elegant, expressive nose of jasmine, verbena, lime zest, and delicate white fruit, with subtle hints of spice and flint.

On the palate, it is dry, finely textured, and distinctly mineral, combining lively freshness with a subtle creamy richness from one year of maturation on the lees in Casteller oak barrels. Salty minerality, elegant acidity, and a long, persistent finish give the wine both precision and depth. A sophisticated, Burgundy-inspired expression of Franconian Pinot Blanc with excellent food-pairing potential and the ability to develop further over several years.
