Castell Scheurebe Gutswein 2022 is a distinctive German white wine made from 100% Scheurebe in Franconia, grown on the region’s characteristic gypsum-keuper soils. It features an intensely aromatic nose of blood orange, passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, elderflower, and fresh mint, with a lively and refreshing palate. Bright acidity, juicy citrus flavours, and a subtle touch of viscosity give the wine both freshness and texture, while its dry style keeps the finish crisp and invigorating. Fermented and matured in stainless steel, it is an expressive, youthful, and highly aromatic example of Scheurebe.
