Castell Schloss Glühwein Weiß is a traditional German white mulled wine from Fürstlich Castell'sche Domäne in Franconia, made from selected white wines and carefully blended with classic Christmas spices. It features inviting aromas of baked apple, gingerbread, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and allspice, with a wonderfully fruity, gently sweet and warming palate. Unlike many commercial mulled wines, Castell's white Glühwein offers an elegant balance of fruit, sweetness and acidity, making it particularly enjoyable and easy to drink.

A wonderful companion to Christmas desserts, especially Christmas cake, stollen, gingerbread, fruit tarts, apple strudel and festive biscuits. Simply warm gently and enjoy – a little taste of a German Christmas market, even in tropical Singapore!

Serving Temperature

55–60°C – Heat gently, but do not boil, to preserve the delicate fruit and spice aromas. Ready to enjoy without adding anything!
