Castell Bacchus Schloss Castell 2020 is a distinctive German white wine made from 100% Bacchus, a particularly aromatic grape variety associated with Franconia. It features an expressive nose of peach, exotic fruit, citrus, elderflower, and fresh grassy notes, with a juicy, lively, and refreshing palate. Although officially dry, its modest residual sugar gives the wine a pleasant roundness and enhances its ripe fruit character. Bright freshness, gentle spritz, and a clean finish make it an easy-drinking and highly aromatic Franconian white, particularly well suited to Asian cuisine, seafood, spicy dishes, and light summer drinking.
