Biking Leib & Seele is a fruity and generously styled red wine cuvée from the Pfalz, blending Dornfelder, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Lagrein. Matured in stainless steel tanks, the wine combines the ripe, approachable fruit of Dornfelder with the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, while Lagrein contributes additional colour and depth. At 13.0% alcohol and with 7.5 g/L residual sugar, it has a pleasantly rounded and fruit-driven character without becoming heavy.

The wine presents a deep ruby-red colour and an inviting bouquet of ripe black cherries and blackberries, complemented by a subtle hint of marzipan. On the palate, juicy dark-berry flavours combine with fine tannins to create a smooth and harmonious structure. A touch of well-integrated fruit sweetness adds roundness, while the dense yet balanced finish makes the wine particularly easy to enjoy.
