Sauvignon Blanc TRADITION 2025 is a fresh and elegant interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett in the Pfalz, matured in stainless steel to preserve the grape’s vibrant fruit and aromatic freshness. With 12.0% alcohol, 4.9 g/L residual sugar and 6.9 g/L acidity, the wine combines crispness and tension with a rounded, approachable character.

The nose is clear and lively, with aromas of gooseberry, green apple and fresh herbs, complemented by subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh and precise, with lively, well-integrated acidity providing both freshness and structure. The fruit remains elegant and restrained rather than overpowering, while the mineral character adds tension and depth. The finish is refreshing and savoury, making this a particularly enjoyable expression of Sauvignon Blanc.

A versatile food wine, it works beautifully with light fish and meat dishes, seafood, asparagus and gratin-style cheeses. Its freshness also makes it an excellent partner for aromatic Asian cuisine, while the traditional Pfalz character makes it equally at home with Saumagen or Lewwerknödel. An easy wine to enjoy at the end of the day, at the Stammtisch or whenever friends get together.

Serving Temperature: 10–12°C
