Nett - Sauvignon Blanc REVERSE Dealcoholised
Sauvignon Blanc REVERSE is a fresh and aromatic alcohol-free white wine from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett in the Pfalz, made from Sauvignon Blanc and matured in stainless steel tanks. The wine combines the naturally vibrant character of the variety with modern dealcoholisation technology, resulting in a light and refreshing alternative that retains considerable varietal expression.
The bouquet is clean and inviting, with green apple, grapefruit and citrus, complemented by delicate gooseberry and herbal notes. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with refreshing acidity balancing the gentle fruit sweetness. There is a subtle impression of chilled fruit tea, while the finish remains clean, juicy and refreshing. Falstaff awarded the wine 90+ points in 2025, highlighting its combination of tropical fruit, yellow gooseberry, fresh herbs and lively acidity, with a compact and persistent finish. The wine was also awarded 17.00/20 at the Austrian Zero Award 2026, confirming its strong position among contemporary dealcoholised white wines.
A versatile and easy-drinking Sauvignon Blanc, REVERSE is particularly well suited to light fish dishes, seafood, salads and fresh summer cuisine, but is equally enjoyable on its own as a refreshing aperitif. With only 0.27% alcohol and 7.4 g/L acidity, it offers a bright, balanced style for occasions when alcohol is not desired.
