Made from Primitivo grapes from old Alberello vines. Harvested exclusively by hand.

Tasting Notes

Ruby red colour with violet reflections; Intense aroma with notes of plum and black cherry; On the palate soft and full, with light tannins.

Vinification

Soft pressing of the grapes, maceration with lauter bottom and fermentation at controlled temperature for 10 days, refined in steel, marketed six months after bottling.
